Kelley is a zealous advocate for her injured clients both in and out of the courtroom, and has represented her clients in numerous jury and bench trials throughout the state of Indiana. Her favorite part about being a medical malpractice attorney is getting to know her clients while she represents them during such an important time in their lives. Kelley is proud to be a plaintiff’s attorney, giving her clients a chance to have their day in court.
More About Kelley
Kelley was born and raised in a large family of 7, living throughout the state Indiana, from South Bend to southern Indiana, spending the majority of her childhood on a rural farm in Warrick County.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Purdue University and her law degree from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. She is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana, the Southern District and Northern District federal courts and the Seventh Circuit federal appellate court. Kelley has spent nearly 20 years as a litigator with a well-respected Indianapolis plaintiff’s firm where she focused her practice on medical malpractice.
Kelley and her husband, Chad, live in Zionsville with their two children, Karley and Craig, and their French Bulldogs, Stella and Stewie. Kelley enjoys spending her free time attending her daughter’s soccer games and her son’s chess tournaments.

Served as the President of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation in 2013 and served on the board of directors for the Indianapolis Bar Association, 2014-2015.

Currently serves on the executive committee for the IBA Women in Law Division and the steering committee for Bar Leader Series Class XVI.
